Nestly pilot evenings · Milan, November–December 2026 · version of 18 October 2026

In short. Evenings are run by the preschool that hosts them. Nestly collects booking requests and coordinates communication with families. You pay the school directly, and it issues the receipt. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before.

1. Who provides the service

The evening childcare service is provided by the preschool hosting the evening, with its own staff and in its own spaces:

Nestly is a pilot project and is not yet incorporated as a company. Nestly runs the website, collects booking requests, communicates with families and coordinates the quality of the evening. Nestly does not have custody of the children and does not collect payments.

2. Who it is for

Children aged 3 to 8. Your child must be in good health: in case of fever or a contagious illness, please cancel the evening (see section 6).

3. How booking works

A request sent from the website is not yet a booking. Your booking is confirmed when you receive Nestly's confirmation message (email or WhatsApp) and, if requested, you complete payment to the school by the stated deadline. Requests are accepted until 6 pm the day before, subject to availability. If an evening is full, you can join the waiting list.

4. Price and payment

The price is €39 per child per evening, VAT included where applicable. You pay the school directly, online through the school's payment link or on site, as set out in your confirmation. The school issues the tax receipt.

5. The evening

6. Cancellations and changes

To cancel or change evening, just reply to the confirmation message or write to nestlycoemba@gmail.com. Refunds are made by the school using the original payment method.

7. Liability

Custody of the children during the evening is the responsibility of the school, covered by its own insurance. Nestly is only responsible for the activities it carries out directly: collecting requests, communication and coordination.

8. Contact

Privacy notice

Data controller: the school hosting the evening you choose (see section 1). Nestly processes data on the school's behalf as data processor (contact: the Nestly team, nestlycoemba@gmail.com).

What we collect: parent's name, email and mobile number; people authorised for pick-up and emergency contact; child's name, year of birth, allergies and special needs; Italian tax code (optional, for the receipt); preferences given in the form.

Why: to manage your booking, run the evening safely, communicate with you and issue the receipt. Allergy and health information is processed only with your explicit consent and only for the evening. We may use aggregated, anonymous data (for example, how many evenings were booked) to evaluate the pilot.

Who sees it: the school and its educators, and the Nestly team members who manage bookings. The data is stored in the Nestly database, at the hosting provider that processes it on our behalf. We do not sell or share data with third parties.

How long: until the end of the pilot and no longer than 12 months, except where the school has tax obligations.

Your rights: you can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to nestlycoemba@gmail.com. You can also contact the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).

Cookies and external services: the site uses no profiling cookies. Fonts and site code are served by Nestly's own server. The only external service is the map (OpenStreetMap), which receives your IP address to display the map images. Your language choice is stored only in your browser.
